Community gardener, two days a week

We look after 60 allotment plots and a community orchard, and we need someone two days a week to keep the shared areas in order and support plot holders who are new to growing.
The work is varied: mending fences, keeping the paths clear, running the Saturday morning drop-in for beginners, ordering seeds and compost, and organising the summer open day.
You should know your way around a vegetable patch and enjoy teaching people who do not.
