Weekday mornings, 6.30am to 11am, opening up and running the espresso bar through the commuter rush. You will dial in the grinder, keep the bar clean and get to know the regulars.
We roast our own beans and we will teach you properly — latte art, extraction, the lot. If you already have barista experience, even better.
