Handyman, maintenance rounds

We manage 180 rental properties and need someone to handle the small jobs that come up between tenancies and during them: leaking taps, sticking doors, replacing seals, fitting blinds, patching and painting.

You will be given a van, a fuel card and a job list each morning, and you will deal with tenants directly, so being decent and tidy in people's homes matters as much as the work itself.

Gas and electrical work is contracted out — this role is the general maintenance side of it.
