Duty manager, town pub

We are a wet-led pub with a small food offer and a busy weekend trade. We need a duty manager to run shifts, manage the cellar, do the ordering and hold the keys on the days the landlord is off.

You will need a personal licence or be willing to get one, and you should have run a bar before. Cellar management training is provided if you have not done it.

Four-day week with one weekend off in three.
