Saturday 8.30am to 1pm and Sunday 10am to 12pm on our emergency line, plus cover for holidays. You will book appointments, take payments, and be the calm voice on the phone when someone's animal is unwell.
You need to be unflappable and good with people who are worried. Animal handling is not part of the role, but you will be in the building with the nurses so a tolerance for dogs and cats helps.
