Working with our head chef to build the all-day menu for a new 30-seat cafe: breakfast, lunch, cakes and a small evening offer on Fridays.
You will help write the menu, run the kitchen when the head chef is off, and train the kitchen team as we grow. Everything is made on site, so you should enjoy cooking from scratch.
Straight shifts, no late nights, and a proper two days off together.
