Leading a team of eight pickers and packers on the late shift, 2pm to 10pm. You will plan the shift, manage the pick rates, sort out problems before they become delays and do the returns paperwork.
You should have run a team before, even a small one, and be comfortable having the difficult conversation when someone is not pulling their weight.
Forklift licence is useful but not essential.
